令和6年度前期のWebによる履修登録期間と履修登録確認・修正期間は下記のとおりです。

学生用Webシステム（学生ポータルシステム）で履修登録期間内に各自で登録を行ってください。

【履修登録確認・修正期間 (第２回目) 】

４月２3日　(火) ９：００ ～４月２5日（木）１７：００

≪注意事項≫

※1：卒業・修了要件は、入学時に配布した「学生便覧」で確認してください。

また、各科目の授業概要等はシラバス（上記学生ポータルシステムからアクセス）で確認してください。

※2：修士課程2年生は「特別研究」、博士後期課程3年生は「博士論文指導演習」を必ず履修登録してください。

※3：学部・他学府・大学院基幹教育科目を修了要件に含める場合は、別途、学務課（人環・教育担当）窓口で手続きが必要です。

※4：集中講義の履修登録は別途ホームページで通知しますので、上記期間に登録する必要はありません。

※5：履修申請画面で受講する講義を選択した後、必ず「申請」ボタンをクリックしてください。「申請」ボタンをクリックしないと履修申請や修正は完了しません。

※6：学生ポータルシステムでの履修登録とMoodleの登録は連携していないため、注意してください。

※7：（最終）履修登録確認・修正期間（第3回目：5/7-9）は、は学生ポータルシステムから履修登録内容を「追加・修正・削除」することができません。

追加登録や修正がある場合は 学務課（人環・教育担当）窓口に申し出てください。

※8：履修登録確認・修正期間中に確認した内容は、必ずプリントアウトし、学期末試験の結果が出るまで保管しておいてください。

Class Registration for the first semester of 2024

 

Class Registration Periods for the first semester of 2024 via web are as follows.

Please complete Registration during these periods via Student Portal System (as Campusmate System) by yourself.

 

【The 1st Class Registration Period】

April 9, Tuesday 9AM ~ April 16, Tuesday 5PM

 

【The 2nd Class Registration and Modification Period】

April 23, Tuesday 9AM ~ April 25, Thursday 5PM

 

【The 3rd (final) Class Registration and Modification Period】

May 7, Tuesday 9AM ~ May 9, Thursday, 5 PM

[Notes]

*1: Please confirm completion requirements in the “Student Handbook” （学生便覧） distributed at the time of admission.

Also, please check the syllabus (accessed through Student Portal System above) for class outlines for each course.

 

*2: Be sure to register these classes if you are in the 2nd Grade of Master’s Course or in the 3rd Grade of Doctoral Course:

Students in the 2nd Grade of Master’s Course: register “Master Thesis Research” (for the International Course) or “特別研究”.

Students in the 3rd Grade of Doctoral Course: register “Doctoral Thesis Research” (for the International Course) or “博士論文指導演習”.

 

*3: If you wish to include undergraduate, other graduate school, or graduate school KIKAN education courses in the requirements for completion, you must complete a separate procedure at the Student Affairs Division (Human Environment Studies and School of Education).

 

*4: Registration for the intensive course will be notified separately on our website, so there is no need to register during the above period.

 

*5: After selecting the courses you wish to take on the course application screen, be sure to click the “Apply” button. If you do not click the “Apply” button, you will not be able to complete your course application or course correction.

 

*6: Please note that course registration on Student Portal System and Moodle registration are not linked.

(Only registering yourself in Moodle is not enough. Be sure to complete class registrations in Student Portal System.)

 

*7: During the 3rd (final) Class Registration and Modification period (May 7-9), students will not be able to “add, correct, or delete” course registration information from Student Portal System.

If you wish to add or modify your course registration, please come to the counter of the Student Affairs Division (Human Environment Studies and School of Education) and do the procedure.

 

*8: Please be sure to print out the information you have confirmed during the course registration and modification period and keep it until the results of the final examinations of the semester.
